How We're Structured

Strong governance. Safe, accountable care.

Solid Ground is overseen by an independent Board with expertise across clinical practice, youth services, governance, and community development. Clear oversight, safeguarding protocols, and clinical supervision ensure participant safety and accountability at every level.

Transparent Accountability

How we measure and report our impact

We measure outcomes, track participant progress, and gather parent feedback to understand impact and drive continuous improvement.

Measurable outcomes framework

Impact is evaluated through defined outcome measures, structured follow-up at 4 weeks and 6 months, and annual reporting to inform continuous improvement.

Participant progress tracking

We assess each participant’s progress across emotional stability, daily functioning, and peer connection during and after the program.

Parent feedback collection

We gather structured feedback from parents or carers before, during, and after the program to measure perceived changes and inform continuous refinement.

Annual impact reporting

Each year, we publish a report outlining outcomes, insights, and how the program continues to evolve.

Funding & Support

Our mixed funding model

Solid Ground operates through a mixed funding model, combining philanthropic investment, modest participant contributions (where appropriate), and community partnership support. Foundation Year is supported through philanthropic investment to enable accessible delivery, program evaluation, and the development of a sustainable model. Long-term, we are building a diversified funding base aligned with strong governance and accountability.
